Independent authorized fiber retailer

Fiber in your area.

The top-rated fiber network, minus the runaround.

We're an independent authorized retailer. Give us your address and we'll tell you, in plain English, what you can get, the all-in monthly price, and every promo you qualify for. Then we book your install, and the same person stays your contact after.

  • Upload as fast as download
  • No data caps, no annual contract

The 30-second test

Look at the second number.

Run any speed test right now. The first number is download. The second is upload, and on many cable plans it's a small fraction of the first.

That's why your screen-share freezes, your face goes blocky on video calls, and cloud backups run all night. On fiber, upload is as fast as download.

Someone on a video call at a kitchen table

Try it with your numbers

Your upload is 7% of your download. On fiber, upload matches download.

Sending a 2 GB video: 13 min on your connection vs. 53 sec on symmetrical fiber at 300 Mbps.

Estimates ignore overhead and Wi-Fi conditions. Starting numbers are an example, not a measured plan.

What you get

Six things fiber does, in plain English.

Upload as fast as download.

Video calls don't freeze when you share your screen. Cloud backups finish overnight, not over a week.

No data caps.

Stream, game, work from home. Nobody's counting gigabytes or sending overage bills.

No annual contract.

Stay because it works, not because you're stuck.

Wi-Fi equipment included.

The gateway (modem and router in one) is included. We'll tell you if your plan adds extenders for the far bedroom.

Outage? A day's credit, automatically.3

If the network goes down, a full day's credit lands on your bill. You don't call and you don't argue.

Why Iris instead of going direct

Same network. Same installers. Less runaround.

You get the same fiber network, the same installers and the same service either way, with the same current promotions offered direct. Here's what's different:

  1. 1

    One person, start to finish.

You get a name and a number you can call or text. The same person handles your signup, checks in on install day, and is still there after.

  2. 2

    Plain English.

We'll tell you which plan you actually need, including when that's not the fastest one.

  3. 3

    Every promo you qualify for.

Promos change often. We check every current promotion against your address, including online-only offers, so you don't leave any on the table.

How it works

Four steps. One person.

  1. 01

    Check your address

    30 seconds

We confirm fiber is at your exact address. It isn't on every street, and we'll tell you plainly if it isn't on yours yet.

  2. 02

    Get the plain-English rundown

    By text or call

Speeds, the all-in monthly price and your promos, by text or by phone, whichever you prefer.

  3. 03

    Pick your install date

    Usually 1–5 days

We book it while we're talking. Most installs happen within 1–5 days. The technician brings the fiber all the way into your home.

  4. 04

    We stick around

    Same number

Questions a week later or a year later go to the same person, at the same number.

Plan guide

Which speed do you actually need?

Three questions. No upsell.

1. How many people are online at the same time?
2. What's the heaviest thing your household does?
3. How big is your home?

Your recommendation

Answer the three questions and we'll suggest a speed. Sometimes it's not the fastest one.

Fiber vocabulary, translated

You shouldn't need a glossary to buy internet.

Mbps / Gig
How much can move at once. 1 Gig = 1,000 Mbps.
Symmetrical
Upload as fast as download.
Gateway
The box that's your modem and router in one. It's included.
ONT
The small box where the fiber line enters your home. The technician installs it.
Mesh / extenders
Extra Wi-Fi points for big or multi-story homes.
“Fiber-powered”
Often means cable with fiber somewhere upstream. Real fiber comes all the way into your home.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Are you the internet company?

No. Iris Fiber is an independent retailer authorized to sell this fiber service. The network, installation and service come from the provider. We handle your signup and stay your point of contact.

Does it cost more to sign up through you?

No. You get the same current promotions offered direct, including online offers. We check every promotion you qualify for at your address and tell you the all-in monthly price before you agree to anything.

Is fiber available at my address?

Fiber is expanding fast, but it isn't on every street. Enter your address and we'll check. If it isn't there yet, we'll tell you plainly.

How fast is installation?

Most installs happen within 1–5 days. We book the date with you, and the technician brings the fiber all the way into your home.

Is there a contract or a data cap?

No annual contract and no data caps. The Wi-Fi gateway is included.

What if I need help after install?

Text your Iris Fiber rep at the same number. For outages and technical repairs, the provider's support team handles the fix, and we'll help you reach them.

Can I keep my TV and streaming apps?

Will you spam me?

No. We text and call about your address and your order. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
